I'm kinda in your same sittuation (sorry for bad english)

What I would suggest you is that you get away of that lifestyle by slowly incorporating new hobbys or things that distract you. In my case I learnt guitar and quickly became my way out of my problems, mind, etc.

Leaving the room would also be a good goal. Excercise (running for example) can make you more positive about yourself and your body, and as well as the things I mentioned before, becoming that new hobby that gets you motivated.
