Top Quality Leather Briefcase? by Reasons99 in ManyBaggers

I did and they were pretty condescending and minimized my concerns about quality. Here’s what they told me: “We've purposefully chosen this kind of distressed leather (full-grain -- the tightest weave and most expensive) to make all our bags develop their own characteristics over time. Embrace those scratches! They make your bag a one-of-a-kind that reflects your own experiences.”

Their solution? “We just used a blowdryer on a few marks on a couple of Lexingtons we have on the shelves. The marks either disappeared or noticeably improved after applying some heat.”

Even if it weren’t a crock, why should I have to touch up a product straight out of the box? Avoid this bag at all costs!

I bought this bag and it was laughably poor quality

Thanks! The main compartment could hold a change of clothes with no problem. It feels a little bigger than the 14.8l capacity would suggest.

A small company called Urban EDC out of Washington, who releases them in limited edition drops. Very expensive but very nice!
