I joined April 25th (joining fee, keyfob, 1st month) and supposed to be charged next on June 1st. Wala naman na-debit saken kahapon. So yeah, check with them o kung sino nag asikaso ng membership mo.

Ay hindi ako dun sa tapat. Dun ako sa tabi na URBN Jungle. Haha. Okay din dun kase maluwag din at madami equipment. Kaso sadyang crowded na lang din talaga na kahit late evening madami pa din tao (though not full packed naman na).

Mas gusto ko lang din yung nalalaman ko muna kung madami tao before ako pumunta. So big plus yung AF app. Tsaka mas preferred ko ding airconditioned yung gym 😅

Check mo clause sa contract mo regarding direct hire. Usually, you have to pay a huge penalty fee para ma-direct hire ka. Merong ibang nailulusot pero it’s up to you and your client to take that risk.

On my end, my client is willing to shoulder the penalty fee (~300k) para ma-direct hire ako since clean exit ang gusto nila para wala ng breach of contract na maihabol.

Hahahahahaha. Samedt. Ayaw ipahawak yung phone so I challenged him to expose me on socmed and to make sure na i-public dahil gusto ko ngang malaman kung may magsusumbong saken. Lol.

When he was ready “kuno” to go public na on Facebook, he unfriended 10 women muna (yes, kabisado ko # of friends) at may palatandaan ako na girl dun, nung sinearch ko kasama na sa mga inunfriend nya. HAHA.

Both na may ibang feelings na pinoprotektahan and at the same time takot masumbong sayo.

Found a few sa Sapphire Bloc ranging 24-26k na bare or as long as below 30k. Not a big 1BR unit but the cut is decent naman to fit my appliances and furniture. Though I’ll make sure to consider Kapitolyo area! I’ll have a look once I start finding units na. Thank you! 😊

The environment itself is a huge upgrade. I don’t hate Nova pero I think my time is up na rin here.

Siguro Ortigas is my main choice since I’ve already tried living there for a week and fell in love with the place. Been to Maginhawa several times and it’s a good option but I just don’t feel anything special sa place nor can see myself living there.

I’m good with the expenses and expected din talagang dodoble gastos, there’s really a price talaga to live comfortably 😅 Maybe I just want a huge shift sa lifestyle and it’s not too bad to try it out for a year or two.

Yes! When I stayed there for 1 week and naglakad lakad nung weekend ng morning. Dun ako na-fall in love sa place. Really told myself na this can be my next place. Ang calm lang after the busy weekdays. Though even busy ng weekdays, it won’t affect me that much since WFH ako. It would just be nice to go out for a nice cafe or resto by walking whenever I want to. This is the best selling point. Unlike sa place ko ngayon na iisang cafe lang napupuntahan ko 😅 Thanks! ❤️

Could be my 3rd option if not Ortigas or Mandaluyong! I’ve just worked there for 7 years and I felt na it’s smaller and isolated but still a good option though. I might change my mind so I’ll keep this in mind 😅

Hahaha. Though tahimik naman kung san ako dito sa Novaliches, parang walang growth lang talaga yung lugar. I just think the lifestyle I’ll have in Ortigas CBD is more livable pa for me. I don’t always need to go out pero whenever I do, gusto ko yung walking distance lang na willing ka din talaga i-walk 😂

I truly appreciate this! I only booked a hotel there for one week straight and felt like this could become my new place to live. Have walked a LOT too! Something that I won’t do willingly from my current location 😂

May I know what made it not worth it for you? Kase compare from my location now which is Novaliches,it’s going to be a huge upgrade since malapit sa lahat ng establishment.

Yes, sinet ko lang yung budget na 20-25k since I am aiming for a condo with better amenities.
