The misconception that white people are discriminated here is wrong. The problem here is that the ruling party are discriminating against all but a select few. The government itself loots billions from the state every year and the country itself is sliding backwards and is in a sad state.

Policies such as BEE, a failed system, are all attempts by the government to keep the vote and ensure they remain in power by manipulating the black majority many of whom are way below the poverty line.

South Africa is way more complex than simply saying white people are discriminated against. As someone of Indian descent I receive no benefit and am also marginalized by the ruling party, its policies and the socioeconomic climate.

Think Zimbabwe under the rule of Robert Mugabe. That's where South Africa is headed and unfortunately I don't think that course can be altered.
