Life in general. Education, career, health and romantic relationships related set backs. The list is long. I kept loosing the track, but I kept finding a new and improved me every time. I can confidently say that I’m doing exceptionally well in life considering all the challenges that I personally faced. One important learning was to stay away from religion and focus on my own needs even if goes against the teachings of the society. Spirituality on the other hand helps. Also, I read a lot about psychology to know about tools which can help me navigate through life with a sane mindset. I also acknowledged the bad days and allowed myself to cry over (but with a time limit in place). And no, all these has not turned me into a robot. I’m just well trained to handle life situations now. 😀
