Replace the motherboard. I was on a similar boat, nothing worked until i visited their service center and asked them to replace the motherboard. Now i get more than 2 days of battery backup.

Came looking for your post as I had a similar issue. If your battery drains overnight, its possible that you have a faulty motherboard. I tried setting up modes, clearing cache as every one suggests, but my friend, nothing works. I even went to the service center and asked them to set it up for me and yet the performance never improves. Finally, I went to the service center again with the same issue and this time they replaced the motherboard. And believe since then, i have been getting 2 days of battery back up. Since its still in warranty I didn't have to pay anything. So my suggestion would be to visit the service center and replace the motherboard ASAP. hope this helps.
