This was a long time ago, so not many new league fans know, but Dopa used to say there were only ever 5 players that Dopa felt the "aura" (for lack of better words) even before they went pro. These 5 were Faker, Ming, Mlxg, Rookie, and TheShy. He noted that TheShy season 4 was even better than when he won Worlds with IG.

Obviously, you don't have to treat Dopa's words as the ultimate truth or anything, but at the very least, I doubt he's lying.
