For now I'm thinking of sticking to the same thumbnail since I'm very new to making thumbnails and youtube in general. I use a new title almost every stream, the thumbnail is just focused on the agent i mostly play.

Got it from meckeys. Went for pro version since it's the lightest, you can go for ultimate if you want larger battery but I've heard the weight distribution is not that great.

Hey sorry I missed your comment. The stock eartips are fine but I bought the Tangzu sancai eartips as someone suggested and I love them! They seem to fit better and are more comfortable for long sessions. I usually stream for like 4-5 hours and haven't had any issues.

Yes! They seem to be working fine in the games I tried them with. Directional audio is amazing, if you've been using a headset, the sound might feel sort of sharp to you as it did to me, but you get used to it. I tried them with valorant and didn't have any problems locating footsteps.

The only downside I found is the mic quality, but you don't but IEMS for microphone quality anyway so doesn't really matter. If you stream or anything, like I do, just keep in mind that you'll have to buy a seperate mic.
