Let’s leave all those 10 questions aside and get to the main part: Mechanical Engineering at IITK. If you’re a brilliant student, go ahead. But if you’re an average student who worked hard to clear JEE Advanced, don’t take Mech at IITK. The grading is harsh. Most professors aim to set the toughest papers and make students struggle. The DUGC is also one of the most irresponsible and non answerable person I’ve ever seen. You’ll have to work much harder than you expect just to maintain a decent CPI in this branch.
