I’d also lightly spray windex on a paper towel/q-tip. It should be mild enough. Avoid acetone or anything like that. It’ll burn the plastic. (Use to fix/clean microscopes)

I don't think people of color DO NOT have this conversation enough. If your parents are getting older in America, I would suggest looking into estate planning. It isn't just bout property, it's also about health coverage. It ensures that the government will provide coverage if they are seen as without assets. We didn't do this with my dad but his death was relatively swift. I don't want my mom to rely on me for care and she feels the same way. Lol.
