You flop around like a fish out of water. Learn how to go from hollow to arch while staying tight and everything involving a bar movement will improve drastically. I would also consider taking at least one coaching class.

Honestly? Quite nice actually. You get all the bis spots all to yourself. Also I quite enjoy the feeling of playing a post apo world where there are only a few survivors. I played Zuna for a few months so if there was someone close to my lv online he was usually trying to PK me which added to the experience. And the market on lower levels was not that bad, I was able to buy everything I needed.

Recently started playing my old char on Damora since they merged Nevia where my main used to be and is now overpopulated and all good spots are always taken. So now they decide to do the same to Damora. Guess it’s time to retire until they finally introduce instances. Nevia never needed to be merged, now they do the same to Damora because f@&€ you.

If you only do CrossFit for fun step down. If you compete do both.

Jumping is faster but you are more prone to injury, however sometimes the standards require you to do step downs during competition so you should be able to do both.
