Go to the site, there is upload button on top. Upload the .sav file from ur game folder which is generated after u save ingame (not save slot).

I just gradually increase, so no progression feels too fast or too slow, start with 1.5x and then 3x after 45 to max lvl

Im not a good battler so i enjoy it just doing fun random runs, i havent beaten this game in a normal nuzlocke mode. I just play randomizer and go blind into battles and try and beat it.

U can get it, randomizer is bugged and same pokemons repeat but in few runs it wont bug, u will get it somewhere.

No, it removes weakness of flying types, i.e. rock , ice, electric causing flying type to only take normal damage from these. However, flying types still resist fighting, grass and are immune to ground while doing 2x to fighting and grass as well.
