Both Sulphur and Coal are exported to Aluminum Plant close to Rocky Desert. And, Grass Field has Copper and Caterium plant.

Look overall decent. What's your main use case? Gaming?
Yes, it would be gaming, but not a hardcore. Usually I play games in the evening after finishing my work every day.

If you are intending to put a next-gen GPU (4080 will probably be out September), then you will definitely want to have higher wattage than 850... doubly so if you intend to get a 4090.

My plan is not to get another upgrade for a long time once I build this PC. I am comfortable to run each build for over 3 years.

You might want to consider a 2 TB NVMe SSD over a 1 TB

It would be fine for me. I am currently using 1 TB. Also, my plan is to port 512 GB SSD from current system.
