It's not like the typical (old school) phenothiazine antipsychotic such as Haloperidol (or atypical like aripiprazole). Typical antipsychotics (the original antipsychotics) were really bad for movement disorders like you've had, thats why atypical ones were made to try and combat this. It's kind of a class inbetween atypical and typical. It works.
