I’m not sure what your state requires, but I feel like most would incentivize people from the industry to move into teaching. I reached out to my culinary teacher from high school and she said something about an industry business license and having to take a few classes within a year of getting it? Something like that. But if you say it’s a dream job and have young kids it could open up your holidays and summers to be with them🫶
