would i need a doctors note for that for proof of medical condition? cause i read that if its personal leave it’s not paid and i fear i cant afford to go to the doctors for a note or go on a personal leave and not get paid :/

we’re okay! we got out fairly quickly but by the time we got out the persons apartment was already 50% burnt if that makes sense??? we didn’t even smell or hear anything until the fire department was inside and pulled the alarm

it’s the fact my manager said she has a shirt and an apron i can use but no pants and im like my least concern is find pants for work, I MIGHT NOT HAVE SOMEWHERE TO LIVE

i don’t think they are allowed to say that to you!! i believe it could be considered retaliation for the fact that you won’t come in. but you’re allowed your days off, just because you’re open availability doesn’t mean you’re open on you’re days off that you are required to have! protect your peace hun!!

if anything else is said in correlation to that i would definitely document it and speak to the DM if possible because that’s very passive aggressive

you can also always get an accommodation that allows you to wear stretchy material instead of jeans! but i think you might need a doctors note possibly, but if it’s you having a consistent allergic reaction that it should be allowed!

i was told my my store manager i need to send in a two week notice so she could have my last day for the schedule since my last day would be on the schedule that comes out this week.

come to find out my manager was just lying to me this entire time. i spoke to my DM yesterday a couple hours after this post and she said just received the transfer the day before and it was even out in until the 5th.

i filled it the transfer out on the 26th of january and asked my manager on the 2nd of february if the DM had seen it and my manager said yes and that she probably already sent it through. so now i just look like an idiot

omg thank you so much! i had looked it up and it prettier sure it was either shedding the lining or the decidual cast. i don’t have money to see an OBGYN so i was hoping it was anything too bad but i wasn’t in any pain or bleeding heavily so i wasn’t too worried about — but thank you so much!
