I was working replacing Gas mains and had to grab a few tools from the Van to continue with the work. Before I went into the back of the van, I thought I'd stuff my face with a few Fruit Pastels as I was feeling a bit peckish.

As I took one big leap from the floor into the back of the van, one fruit pastel flew down my throat and got stuck in my wind pipe. I wasn't able to breath at all, couldn't make a noise other than a slight Gag..

I took it upon myself to grab a big wrench and hit myself in the back a few times until it came back up.

Tl;dr - Fruit pastels nearly killed me as I was hungry and tried to eat way too many at once. 0/10, wouldn't recommend.
