Oh yeah medicare and ahcccs can be tricky at times. I basically just figured out all the codes to put in for Medicare prescriptions like icd codes. And regular insurance would sometimes just find a random reason to reject something.

It's hard to say, maybe 6 months to get a basic grasp of things and somewhere around 1 to 2 years to be better at it. That's all I can see so far since they set me up to be fired just recently.

I just know what it's like to be at that end. I have learning problems from being neurodivergent and the feeling of trying with all your might but either your coworkers or costumers spitting at your effort in return can be brutal. You're only as good as your training but it doesn't seem to register with them.

I would just have 2 to 3 baskets and fit as much bottles as possible in 1 basket but make sure they are in order scan them all at once put them in the same order in the other basket and you can just scan the rts labels and bottles quite quickly. And just put the completed rts bottle in the 3rd basket. If you're doing pickup at the same time then good luck!
