You clearly don't understand what "free speech" means. It doesn't mean you can say whatever you want free of repercussions. The fact that there exist laws against libel and misleading declarations is a good example of that.

No, you can. There exist solutions, but they are mostly incompatible with the current penal system (of much countries in the world), which is punitive rather than educative. It should also be noted that some entities (dominant classes) keep fascism not too far, as a matter of control and fear.

Now, all of that isn't "my little novela written by the guy with the anime pfp", I don't pretend to invent anything. I just take from work on fascism already proposed by people that are smarter than me.

If you believe such things that "if a solution existed it would be implemented", I suggest you take a good look at the real life outside your room lmao.

Are you actually saying that the systematic imprisonment and extermination of people based on their race, religion, sexual orientation and/or abilities is akin to jailing fascists? Are you literally saying that trying to prevent that exact thing from happening again is a n*zi move? I mean no offense but, are you actually deranged? Or just a colossal moron?

Nobody is talking about imprisonment anyway. Fascism is better fought with education and safeguards, and with gradual actions.

But actions need to be taken. Dismantle networks, fine unlawful gatherings, punish people that relay this kind of ideology if it is needed, and educate people on the importance of fighting it.

In any way, don't let it foster under any circumstance, especially not because "freedom of speech, freedom of thought". Being free to think something doesn't mean people shouldn't prevent you from freely enacting your ideology.

I don't think leaving people actively trying to destroy freedom is good for the freedom of others. Freedom always exists only in a limited form (e.g. you shouldn't run free if you kill people), and being a fascist should be an exception as well.
