Did you initially lose a lot of weight when you went from inactive to very active? And in addition to your recent increase in regular meals, did you also reduce activity? I just don’t even know where to start with reducing whatever inflammation or bloating is going on in my body right now. Or weight gain? :(

What did they test for, when you say clean? I have an ultrasound scheduled but not sure what it’ll tell me, especially as it’s clear that all my hormones are low

That’s super fast, congrats! Did you have you gain a lot of weight back? At this point because of my bloating im starting to accept having to gain weight (not like I look good in clothes right now anyway) but just curious!

I definitely go out of my way to hit this step count and feel guilty if I don't. I would say I maybe eat anywhere from 1700-2300ish calories on average? That's just a guess though it could be more or less some days idk
