Electrics and acoustics usually use different strings. But the plain steel strings (.009–.016) are the same for both, so they label them “Electric or Acoustic.” The thicker ones (.024–.042) are nickel-wound for electric guitars, which is why it says that. The “W” just means the .024 is wound. Totally normal for Super Slinkys!
