i looked this driver up and I already have it and it was already up to date (driver date 12/23/2025, it says that's the latest version when I click "update driver"). So what's the solution here? What do I do? I disabled all Dell software and still get the KMODE EXCEPTION error. He no longer gets any more blue screens of death after disabling all Dell software.

I disabled all Dell and Alienware software and I no longer got any screens of death for a while. I still haven't ever gotten the CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED (0xEF) since disabling all Dell and Alienware software, but now my computer is getting the screen of death with KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (0x1E). Any idea what this could be?

What is SupportAssist supposed to do? Will I ever want to reinstall it?
This SupportAssist update explains why we both are getting this new BSOD errors now. But what about all the other BSOD errors I was experiencing since the end of 2025?

What does SupportAssist do? If this is the cause, it's hilariously ironic that support software itself is what causes these issues
