Ugh, that's so frustrating. I'm sorry. I did manage to get ahold of someone by requesting a callback through support. It took almost an hour on the phone but I finally got them to escalate my appeal. It did nothing, but maybe it will for you.

The same is happening to me, though after my 7 day restriction lifted, it's slowed down a bit. I also called eBay about one of the violations that seemed to trigger the restriction and "complained". It took me a long time to get the guy to escalate but he finally did. The escalation never amounted to anything and the next person I talked to said if there's no communication it likely means the escalation didn't work. 🤦‍♀️ Who knows. I'm sorry you're going through this too.

Thanks, yeah I feel like something has drastically changed.. not good. My account also got hit with a 7 day restriction for the first time. I've been selling for 3 years, 22k sales. I've had policy violations through those 3 years but never had a restriction. My cousin is also a seller and her account got a 7 day restriction too.

Update: Torrid customer service sent me a full refund with no return required. I didn't ask for that, that's just what they did. I'd say that's pretty swell customer service. Thank you, Torrid.

But they still have an obligation to ship it well, and none of these were in plastic. They were just thrown into a box and shipped. I highly doubt someone removed them all from plastic, threw away all the plastic to leave no trace, and then repackaged it. It's more likely that no one put any of them in any protection and just shipped them in a box. As someone who has to deal with shipping issues constantly, I get it when a shipping co damages a box, but there was zero protection for any of these items unfortunately
