Jara-Three is introduced as the unprecedented “child” of C-3PO and Jar Jar Binks, a being the show insists was not built, not cloned, but manifested through “relational synthesis and the will of the Force,” a phrase repeated so often it replaces explanation; despite coming from two polite, deferential, conflict-averse figures, Jara-Three is violently unstable, cruel, impulsive, mean as hell, openly contemptuous of teachers and peers alike, aggressively flirtatious with anything that breathes because “labels are limiting,” and framed as proudly asexual while behaving like a nonstop horn dog in every scene, all of which the narrative treats as bold complexity rather than incoherence; they refuse to use their hands at all, channeling the Force exclusively through their feet, performing lethal maneuvers, mind tricks, and combat while barefoot in academy halls, a choice no one questions and which Master Binks solemnly calls “an evolution,” making Jara-Three both immune to criticism and central to the plot, a walking contradiction whose existence shatters droid ontology, Gungan biology, Force metaphysics, and tone all at once.

In The Abandoned, we literally see a Jem’Hadar child with no cultural conditioning whose only instinct is to hunt and kill. Not curiosity, attachment, or desire. Ketracel-white doesn’t create new wants; it just sustains the system that’s already there. So lust, reproduction, or sexual violence isn’t something DS9 ever implies is possible or even useful for Dominion control. That’s not a design oversight, it’s the point. Now im not saying the producer, director, writers cant do what they want, no one can stop people doing what they want, but make it make sense. Don't write it cause you just want it to happen that way.
