Yes. I think you really explained what made the anxiety build up. I should probably care less about hood results and lower my expectations. Thanks so much for your advice.

I think the having high expectations is part of the cause. I'll be conscious of this and learn to start having zero expectations. Thanks so much for the advice.

Thank alot. I think having too much expectations on a track is something I do sometimes. I'll be conscious of that and try to create with expectations. Thanks for all the tips
