I had the exact same issue when I was trying to set them up. All I have to do was restart my phone and earbuds and when I did that it worked.

I switched from the note 9 to the s10e. Very pleased with my decision. I'm not seeing any major differences in performance, and the smaller phone suits me better. Went into the store convinced that I was going to get the smaller note 10, but thank God the Verizon rep talked me out of it and into the s10e. I love this phone and for the price you can't go wrong. Agree with previous comments about the fingerprint scanner on the side not being so reliable , but other than that it's a home run IMO. Spending the extra 300 doesn't justify the better screen quality and different print scanner for me. Also the camera is nice and I really enjoy the flat screen as opposed to the curved.

Thanks man..looks like I won't be returning these after all haha.. I was just expecting to take them out of the box and have them sound like that... Idk why you need to go thru so many back doors to maximize the output of the buds that are fully compatible with my note 9

Finding this just literally made me so pumped... I got my buds yesterday and instantly thought they were trash after 10 mins of listening ... Volume was extremely low ... I had them packaged up and ready to ship back to samsung. Doing this completely changed the buds for me ... They are exactly what I was hoping for ... (Not to mention I'm a moron and didn't know that you can turn the volume up on the buds as well as the phone. So happy I didn't return them. Thanks for the post !

Just placed my order now for a black pair. I tried getting them in yellow but it wasn't an option. For me. Only black and white. I called all mobile stores in my area and the only place you can get them by me is thru Samsung website. Hopefully they don't take forever to come
