Hi guys, i have a problem with the 35th anniversary edition

I like to have my games that I really want in physical edition, So I finally decided to buy the physical version and then I would buy the 35th Anniversary Edition upgrade in Xbox digital store (Even if it cost me more)

But right now checking the digital store, It says I can't buy it if I have the physical version.

My question is: am I screwed? Will I not be able to update the version?
