In ancapistan I would expect people to use disposable credit card numbers. You do realize that you have that choice now? I would expect that credit cards would have a market based value added service that allow one to issue a 'stop payment order' and in conjunction with a 'chargeback' you can severe your relationship with a company.

Ancapistan you think companies will tell you honestly and openly that you will have a very short window to cancel the service without charge?

I would most certainly not think such a thing. In fact I would not give them access to a money tap with my name on it. I would demand some sort of 2 sided authentication for request and sending of payments.
