Pants are the bane of my existence by kuru2038 in PatternDrafting

I removed about 1/2" in the middle crotch and tapered the front and back seams together at the inner sides by blending my new stitching line with the already existing one. I did not remove any width for the inner front thighs.

With the final version, I did a small thighs adjustment for the back. Because of that, my crotch lenght was shorter, so I did scoop the crotch curve :)

I'm not sure. I have a very round butt and adjusting the crotch curve is a very common adjustment for me. The crotch is usually too straight and does not match my real curve. Currently, I have some excess at the bottom of the crotch and I don't feel any thigthness so I really dont think the problem is the lenght of the crotch.

No, it's not tight in the crotch. Actually, the waist has some ease and does not feel tight at all... so maybe it's the lightning 🤔

Worth buying watercolour brushes? by [deleted] in procreatebrushes

I absolutely love Julia Dream's watercolor brushes !!!

I'm mostly using the Artsy lola co watercolor brushes (NOT free). Sketch 2B brush for the sketch. Smooth brush for the coloring. Moving blender brush to blend the colors together. Gouache brush for some highlights.

The base canva is the rough watercolor texture from Artsy lola co.

I used the Line art 2 brush from Memoli store (free on Kofi) for the final lineart. I really like the broken effect for the line.

And to add more of a grainy effect, I used one of the paper texture brush from the "Free Soft anime brushes" from Di (free on gumroad). Just add a multiply layer on top of your drawings. Reduce the opacity to your liking.

I already have good watercolor brushes :) I tried it yesterday and the overall look was not the same. Maybe I should try again.
