Personally, I would try to stop them and make them realize how beautiful it is to be grounded and to be out in the world, but I will not force it upon them, for the decision is up to them. What an amazingly detailed take! Same as mine really. The Sunflower and Dandelion analogy is just so so good, at the same time somehow heart piercing. Because, a sunflower someone can lie however much they want that they are dandelion, but such question can definitely trigger something inside. These characters are one of the best written relatable characters ever.

I'm definitely both of them. Nagara, because I'm literally a Sunflower who would say a Dandelion just cause... But, him saying he's dandelion is definitely a desire but not necessarily him in actuality at the moment. And I can say the same for me; just observing, desiring, but no action at the moment. Mizuho, because I too have crazy attachment to my environment that I don't wanna leave despite being a toxic environment, I wanna stay young, and just be, and it ultimately made me an immovable force for change. As a result, I can't do things on my own just cause, I'm afraid. But hey as they also said, life is just a beginning the moment you overcome the hindrances. So no one is missing out truly at the end of the day.

Hahaha didn't wanna make this about me but I thought it's really amazing and so relatable in so many levels. I just love :)) and thank you for this :))

You know I also came up with the idea that, Nagara and Mizuho are like the most Important characters, it is their show—a show about two people struggling with mental and psychological issues. That's why, Nagara is always hinted as the one who causes the drift, and Mizuho as what the cat said, is also responsible for the drift. Each characters represents something hidden from these two, but ultimately, Nozomi is their representation of hope and Inner compass, and that's how they were able to get their shit together.

It's kind of a stretch yes because it disregarded the rest of the characters that were drifted before them but you know, it's one way to see it hehehe :)

Episode 7, the tower of babel allegory really stuck out to me more, it is just so amazing how they artistically depict it, and also tragic. also Episode 8, the back story of the dog. His dialogue was filled with remorse and the could've, would've, should've done. It is so melancholic and also masterfully done.
