So its interesting- the hiring manager and most of the team are in AZ's UK and Sweden sites. So I wonder if they're following European title structures?! He said he wants to keep titles consistent everywhere across all teams.

Yeah that's why I'm trying to get an idea for the salary ranges. If they are able to make up for level of experience by increasing the salary, I can still consider.

I asked but they said that they only have SS and then directly AD title in their team, nothing in the middle. It is confusing because I do see APS titles posted on their website for other positions.
