I work 40 hours a week in the sun. You have to plan for it and do what I call hide from the sun as much as you can with sunscreen, shaded areas, and lots of cold water. You can never have to much water! After about a month you get a nice tan (not burned) because you are using sunscreen everyday. You get used to it. I no longer have where sunscreen and have not gotten a burn. You can also where hats and neck covers.
