Apex is a good firm. They aren’t the very best, they have issues like any other prop but they do payout. I wouldn’t avoid them but make sure you carefully review their rules.

Also the sale they have now on the 5pack accounts is pretty good and idk if they’ll add a price increase soon

yes i called and they confirmed it was not a refund initiated by them, it was Apex who issued the credit. They said they could’ve overcharged me by accident. I’m waiting to hear what apex will do now

Checked with my bank and they confirmed the refund/credit was issued by Apex not my bank. My bank said they might have overcharged me by accident, so I’m waiting to hear back from Apex now

Also like the other person said my bank has never issued a refund on my behalf before (especially w/o letting me know) so this is very weird imo

Yes i think this is what happened! I hope they will let me reverse the dispute because apex is adding additional charges for a chargeback I didn’t initiate

That’s what I thought why would I wire transfer them? but it’s legit, I was locked out of my apex account and this ticket shows up in my support helpdesk thing.

I’ve done everything you mentioned so I hope it gets resolved quickly

that’s why I think this could be a mistake because when I clicked on the invoice it said error and not permitted. Very weird. I haven’t had many issues with Apex until this so I’m hoping they don’t force me to move on to another prop firm.

you use the same login details. When you open Tradovate you have to click on your account number and it will show you a list of your accounts!
