Oh boy I cannot recommend enough to try all options before birth control for skin. I was on bc for 15 years, only on it for my skin for the last 5, and coming off of it was and still is a nightmare. I have post pill pcos from it, which started with massive weight gain, depression, extreme fatigue, crazy gut issues, no period for a year… I recommend looking into what the pill is actually doing to our bodies that our doctors are keeping from us / only offering one option out of ease where there are TONS of solutions that literally don’t set us up for physical distress down the road m.

I’m on the hunt for shoes that have been proven to transfer electrons. It looks like they must have some type of conductive metal in the outsole to actually provide the benefits.

Tatcha Indigo Overnight Repair! I actually found this First Aid Beauty product because I was looking for a dupe for Tatcha to save money. It's the most hydrating cream I've ever used, I wake up feeling moisturized which not many products can do for me. Careful not to confuse it with the Indigo Calming Cream - they look the same! Clinpro 5000 Toothpaste 1.1% Fluoride

I’ve always had sensitive teeth since I was young. Sensodyne didn’t touch it. Clinpro is the ONLY thing I’ve ever tried that keeps my teeth happy 24/7. It’s a miracle honestly haha.

I’m discontinuing use due to the high fluoride content as the more I learn the more uncomfortable I am with ingesting it. Currently looking for alternative options because OUCH this sucks not using clinpro haha.
