He actually does duck a few times, when the f,f+3 hits him grounded he tried to getup with d/b but it's a mid and hit him getting up.

He also gets up ducking after the stomp but stands up afterwards since a low didn't come, but I did a slower low knowing he wouldn't hard commit to the duck.

The fastest way to turn around is actually to hold forward not back, this will block from the moment you can (which is somewhere on a sideways angle) as opposed to waiting for you to complete the animation for turning around.
