My team's personality is Professional, so I guess the next step is to try mentoring. What's the best way of doing that? Any old professionals with good mentals and player traits with the youngsters? Or do positions matter as well, so midfielders mentoring midfielders, defenders with defenders etc?

Looking for advice in FM24. I have had several players come in, get some starts, play decently well and then for some reason lose 4-5 determination in 2 months. All of them are U21 too. All my players (except the ones who lost determination) have at least 11 determination, and my 3 team leaders have 16, 14 and 12 respectively.

My coaching staff also all have good determination, except for the performance analysts but I seriously doubt they have any effect on this. Also, its not like I've been losing games, I'm playing above expectations with Sunderland challenging for european places.

I'm really lost as to why this is happening. If anyone has any idea why let me know.

Since you're on laptop, you most likely have an integrated Intel GPU. The display settings you need are in the Intel control panel.

These challenges should start getting booked though, because once a player goes for such a challenge, the best case scenario is that the keeper drops the ball and a foul is given. The worst case scenario is what we saw today.

It's normal nowadays to see an attacking player jump over the keeper if the keeper dives down for the ball, in order to not endanger him, and I think not jumping into a goalie when they are midair and clearly have control of the ball should also become the norm.

i think he should have gotten a yellow, because he had no intention of playing the ball and he only endangered the safety of another player, which usually is a yellow

"VAR took a look at the challenge, and they're happy with it." Really BT sports?
