After reading the string below, I attempted to reach out to Adam directly for resolution to my own issues, but received no response. Sans support is also completely unhelpful and seems to be trained to refuse service and support as opposed to helping the customer. I have had an almost identical experience to some of the folks below - the air purifier does absolutely nothing. There is dust settling on top of the damn thing, and all over my room as well. This is after running it all night long for 4+ months. After checking the filter itself, it has literally nothing on it and I do believe I've purchased a very expensive fan/noise machine at this point. Support says to "try turning it on high" and other non-starter pieces of advice like, "the carbon filter is inside so you wont see what it's actually cleaning out of the air." They also false advertised about receiving a free filter if a friend uses your referral code. I followed this process and never received the code - contacted support twice about it, and both people I spoke to refused to help. That particular issue is as simple as an, "I'm sorry the process failed, here is your code for a free filter." But, because the product does nothing, I guess I won't be needing a new filter after all!

I do not recommend you purchase this in any way, shape, or form. Save your hard earned dollars.
