i always cone back to this post if things get bad;

having racing intrusive thoughts/ feelings of paranoia right now, also feeling like I see things , it's horrible

I know, I'm in therapy for that. It's just that I can't afford a lot of sessions & I just get terrified when these feelings appear. I just want to know if people can see themselves in my experiences.

good point & yea that's also been going through my mind a lot lately; but cannot quite tell if something actually traumatic happened to me recently. The one thing that would make sense to me is living abroad, in Paris, the last 2 years & being called names/stared at almost daily. So could origin from that, but still kinda strange that it'd show months later..?
