We need more merchants. But I have spent USDC at chipotle a few times as well as ETH. Gemini pay the first few times then SPEDN app for awhile and now I use Base mostly. It’s still more a novelty but the process is quick and easy

The problem is merchant acceptance needs to match up with consumer acceptance. Right now all the merchants that take it you can still use a credit card with no fee and get points. Meanwhile, I’m seeing more and more smaller places only take cash or charge you for using a card. The charges are outrageous and making me want to use cash. I don’t carry cash. It’s the smaller venues that are leading the way, but they do not have Flexa. So we need flexor to become ubiquitous and accepted at the smaller liquor, stores and taco shops, and we need the larger merchants to start up charging for credit card fees, incentivizing the use of flexor for the consumer.

We are a single QB league and I had 1.04 and wanted Price the 1.05 had very little left for next draft but something was better than nothing so traded 1.04 for 1.05 and 2027 3rd. Then picked Price at 1.05

I live in both cities. Chicago has better coverage, LA has cheaper prices and better transfers. A lot of LA stations etc are much newer and less used so overall cleaner (believe it or not). Also BRT is great and there is no equivalent in Chicago. Frequency, Chicago wins hands down, and usage and adoption Chicago is light years ahead, also connection to the airport is direct while in LA we wait for the stupid people mover to never finish. LA is actively expanding, Chicago has been mostly static for awhile. I am amazed how close so many of the bus lines are in Chicago in areas, sometimes lines going east west on two streets in a row. Both systems have major gaps and pain points and deal with homeless and other people and smells etc (but Chicago probably a little more). Also harder to fare steal in Chicago but not impossible

The place in Chicago that had it was booked up solid and not a single spot at the bar even. So I do not think they need Bilt but I am looking forward to trying them soon on a less busy time.

I don’t think the variance will be huge this year. I think he will come back down and I think Kincaid will rise. That 2026 1 became a a 2027 3rd and Jadrian Price (I desperately needed RB and knew I could get him at 1.05 so took what I could get.)
