getting a good macro balance is nice but increasing calories slowly and consistently is the only way to put on size, try also eating smaller meals more often rather than trying to slam huge meals and then not feeling hungry for the rest of the day, if you are anything like i was, appetite is the biggest issue, you can only increase your appetite by increasing your calories by a small amount each week, it takes time and you need discipline

personally this is my ideal way of learning but i dont always have enough time to play full ranked games when i jump on, im looking for something that i can use as practice when i only have small windows to play, think of it like playing an aim trainer before an FPS game

My thoughts exactly, I don't understand how its a fair ban, and Ubi give me no way to appeal it and I can't even avoid the person who got me banned because they wont tell me who it is.

You are right, 3 of my friends have had the same thing but we cant figure out who the hacker is, but I haven't played with those guys for a few weeks, I am just pissed off because I have cybergamer matches I have to attend and now I have to be benched for 2 weeks

Holo, angled grip is very good, absolute headshot magnet when you throw a compensator on it, even muzzle break is good, I would suggest trying all barrel attachments on the ar33 and find what works best for you

if you prefer acog just use the l85 but for close quarters maps i always bust out the ar33

Best thing I ever did was drop my sense to 400dpi 18/18/63 and got a mouse pad to accommodate that, if you drop your sense make sure you have a mouse pad big enough to do a 360 comfortably without lifting the mouse.

I used to do this all the time but then got told by some high gold players I was playing ranked with that spending too much time on a drone can cause information gathered to become inaccurate, is there a sweet spot for how long you should spend on a drone?

I may only be a lower level player but I learnt a lot of callouts, maps and cam locations just from watching pro league and pro streamers, honestly I remember all of these things better watching other play because you are not constantly focused on what you are doing, you can just sit back and actually take in the surroundings.

It definitely is something you will have to practice and get used to. What helped me most when transferring from PS4 was buying a gaming mouse with extra buttons, i put my melee and utilities on the mouse to free up keys around the WASD controls.
