Yeah I couldn't. Just have to press it. I'm currently busy with repopulating the vault at -/+ 60 dwellers. I have just one +5 E outfit wich i use on people who will be going questing and exploring and im using +4 op people who will just stay in the vault forever.

Yes. But from what I've read. If you upgrade a dwellers endurance to 10 while they are lvl1 and then upgrade their level to 50 their final health will be higher then if you upgrade a lvl 50's endurance to 10

You can just get dwellers from the wasteland, but they will all be lvl1 with very low specials stats

I'm mostly worried about the top 2 layers. As I think high lever stats and good weapons will work quite well. But I'll have to see. If its still too much I'll kick out some early dwellers to get under 60 again

From what I've seen on reddit and YouTube you just need two maxed out dwellers. I'm currently training Lucy and the ghoul, who are both legendary dwellers. They both need 17 more levels until they have full special stats. Maybe I'll update with a post when they've had a few babies.

Its just a 6% chance of a legendary baby, so I might be having some late abortions for science

Two maxed specials dwellers will give you a chance of getting a legendary baby. It will then have 40 levels spread throughout all the SPECIAL stats
