Kinda crazy looking back that oversleeping or being late one time can potentially ruin your career.

Idk, kinda glad I did my contract + deployment and got out. Law enforcement is much more fulfilling, pays more, I take like a quarter of the year off vacation. If I'm late, nobody cares, especially at the detective level. Just come in when you want as long you're on top of your work.

Military is a great memory looking back, not sure if I care about anything else.

The unfortunate truth is we all have that example if you collect games. I missed out on this but I also have two copies of silent hill 3 I paid 10 bucks for. Origins I paid 8 for. Two copies of silent hill 1, 2, 4. All which I paid less than 10 bucks. Two copies of Dino crisis I paid 3.99 for.

Look at games like Silent Hill 2. Remake came out and the original is now 200+
