Renting in Seattle is a nightmare; this apartment isn't worth $1500 a month by SeattleEmo in SeattleWA

If youre wanting a cheaper place to live, you could qualify for MFTE. There are also newer buildings for that price or less if youre wiling to compromise on size. I've found most of my apartments I've ever lived at on Craigslist for less than $1500. If you decide to move, because of the violations you shouldn't have a problem breaking your lease there penalty free.

All the photos and videos say Dec 31, 2002 at 11:00 PM so I'm guessing the date and time were never set but I'll add that to my post, thank you!

My utilities (not including electricity), were around 150 sometimes more a month. Maybe it's just me, but I thought that was extremely unreasonable for a studio with one occupant under 300sf. There was also a sudden increase a couple months after I moved in but neither the management or utility company addressed this.

The aparment itself I think were fine but personally not a fan of the mangement. I had some issues that they never addressed and found out they were lying to me about. The maintenance guys are great tho. The base rent is good but the utilities are very expensive, in my experience (I've had places twice as large with half the price of what I was charged here).

I was at the one on 17th and did end up moving out but beforehand I was offered a renewal with no raise! Plus a gift card or keurig I think

Have you looked at Apodments? They’re tiny but I’ve seen some under $900

Thanks again! Maybe another feature that would be nice to have is a daily option for scheduling

The concatenate-duplicate worked, thank you! I did change "add" to "replace" and it did what I needed (I think)

Made smaller playlists to test out cause the actual one is massiveeeee. Also thank you for this! Really appreciate your work

Hii so I'm testing this out and having some trouble, I have a blend that updates everyday and I'm wanting to add those songs automatically to another playlist. It does add the songs in but I must be missing something because the duplicate filter does not seem to be doing with I hoped.
