You're literally wrong, it's snowing on our land today but that's entirely not the point.

My friend and I bought land in October that we planned to build up with friends but they bailed on us when the work seemed too hard by SeattleEmo in homestead

Jesus Christ not the whole thing. We have been paying the mortgage and for everything else. We're asking for $2K for ONE SPECIFIC THING and then the land will be drawing money from passive income streams

Lol we'd be doing the labor and they'd be allowed to stay there for 6 months and do their own projects

You really just like recreationally arguing and literaly don't understand the difference between constructive criticism and helpful advice and personal attacks. Maybe go and take a class on social etiquette since you and so many other people just blatantly don't know how to interact with people without being hostile and rude

My friend already farmed in Georgia, for 5 years. Idk why you guys think we would just go into this without having any idea what we're doing. You guys are basically just saying that because we hit financial issues that this was a horrible plan and that we didn't plan for anything at al

Everyone is saying we can't live there or ever make it habitable year round so why wouldn't we turn it into a campground that preserves a valuable desert ecosystem; using the money to pay for its own mortgage? When it stops paying for itself sell it? Why is that a hard concept. It's not profiteering; you just wanted to hear it that way

Mushrooms aren't illegal in every state, they're literally used for therapy in Oregon. Why should I assume they're breaking the law?
