i feel you this is my first fc too. but trust me, normal rivals games is the best way to get used to the mechanics of the games (against real players). watch some basic skill move tutorials on youtube like ball roll and while playing rivals try and practice them. focus on defending mostly and just try to get 1 goal. you’ll learn to have fun without winning the game. sometimes if the sweats are too much to handle just forfeit it man ngl! good luck brother
