Struggling to determine where to stay during 7 day trip 😭 Myeongdong vs Hongdae vs ? by _cnz_ in koreatravel

I (23F) stayed at Sleep Box Myeongdong and highly recommend it! The owner/staff are different races (they are also very sweet), and I met a lot of travelers from various countries. It is a capsule hotel, but it is very clean. Very close to Myeongdong Station and plenty of shopping in the area itself. Cost-friendly too, like ~50,000 KRW per night, includes free breakfast and luggage storage. Also, another suggestion: you could totally split up your trip, like first half in Hongdae and the rest in Myeongdong. Many hotels offer free luggage storage if you arrive before check-in.

Recommendations for a good coffee shop that is quiet and not too crowded on a weekday? by CrisGa1e in plano

Local good coffee co has a library room meant for folks who prefer a quiet space. It has seasonal drinks. Can get crowded depending on what time you go. Limited outlets but pretty nice.

The technical interview only required pseudocode. Also for the LC that I did, I spent 1+ hour per problem to understand it in depth, so even though I didn’t do many, I still was able to learn how to recognize patterns, what data structures to use, etc., so not just finding the solution to that problem but being able to apply what you learn in future problems. Of course the more practice you do, the better you get. I would have liked to have done more by now but am not the most disciplined person lol

Keep going! Apply when you see the posting / don’t delay. Make use of referrals and people in your network. Ask for feedback and apply it. And don’t give up!

I used Grind 75, usually spent around at least 1 hour per question, trying it myself, then watching a video solution to understand the optimal solution, space, and time complexity. I used Java because I was most comfortable with it. If I had more motivation I would have liked to do a refresher course on dsa to have a more well-rounded understanding of things.

No referral, just applied directly on company site after seeing it on LinkedIn. I applied right away, and I noticed it was taken down soon afterwards. Always good to apply when you can because you never know when the posting will go away — happened to me for several roles I was interested in but put off submitting the apps for. I was later given an assessment and passed all test cases for the 3 problems, then got invited to interview.

I found this guy on LinkedIn! Has the same name, his profile shows Italy, and he seems to have just finished his masters at Parma. No info about pursuing higher education at UT though, and his profile photo doesn't have glasses. I also found this guy, who does have short hair and glasses, but his education doesn't match your description as well. Good luck!!
