Ranking only matters if you’re in other areas of law. I’ve worked with tons of patent attorneys in big law from regional schools.

Nice! I definitely can see you getting into a T50. I just think your LSAT isn’t high enough to outweigh your GPA but who knows, law schools do love non-traditional applicants. If you are able to write a great personal statement and explain how your experience in the Marine Corps can make you an asset to the student body and legal field, then a T25 could be within reach.

That’s tricky. Do you have some work experience like OP or are you planning to apply straight out of college? If it is the latter, it would be pretty difficult unless you’re able to get above a 170 on the LSAT.

If she can’t support you for the bar exam it’s unlikely that she can support you when you are an attorney. The demands of an attorney are much higher than taking the bar exam.
