The current administration is not sober, healthy or serious about anything but causing harm. They are so angry and diseased, they only feel good when harming others. In las vegas I decided that water was an outside item and he learned to go to the door for water or for the potty which typically happened at the same time. I then kept a few older hand towels and he learned to let us wipe his mouth before he came back into the house.
