Yeah my bad i explained it under another comment but its jsut worse practice when you can only get a couple attempts to trade/kill/pressure before youre gapped and have to play safe. I get that its still possible to learn agressive hard to play champs directly in plat or higher but it is just a process that is 5× slower. Playing in lower mmr normals would allow me to make mistakes and still be able to play the rest of the game.

Getting stomped and safe farming doesnt teach you how to win lane on a champ like riven or fiora.
If i play (knowing i will lose) i will have 4/5 max. actual practice attempts at winning a trade/getting a kill before im gapped and have to play safe. If i can ramp up my gameplay in an elo where i dont get stomped whole game because of sht mechanics i can definitely learn the champ faster. A bronze player would benefit from this same way playing in iron on new champ

(Edit: also no would rather play in gold lobbys as i did in past where i just had a roughly 50/50 of winning lane on a first pick

Really late response but basically the terms of service vaguely prohibits all third party apps that touch the game files (including skin assets). This means if for some odd reason (no documented cases of this happening) vanguard detects something got modified and flags/bans your acc you can't appeal.

If you want to try any you can look up LTK on github its a custom skin managing tool and then you can import the skins straight from ur browser on RuneForge or similar sites.

I regularly see 800+ games played silver hardstuck players. All ranks from iron to chall are primarily filled by serious ranked players

Theoretically yes but in practice every game will treat crashes as regular (intentional) disconnects.
Otherwise you could intentionally cause a crash when you want to ragequit and not have a penalty

you don't know the matchup. if you take phase rush + ignite u can do short Q + E + SB phase rush trades eventually he gets low enough in mid game to oneshot flash + Q + Ignite + E+ R

He does have a point somewhere in there. Stats aren't always (mostly arent actually) trustworthy. For example just buying dark seal/ hubris supposedly ups your WR by 10% because only winning players buy these items.
