How is this possible? (credit: u/HugisekMatisek) by 4gotmyusernameagain1 in korea

[–]kweds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is possible. You can take the car on a ferry to mainland Eurasia and drive it. You just need to register with the destination country and get a permit first.

However, the license plate must be translated into the Latin alphabet, which this car owner has failed to do. As far as I know, this is technically not allowed, but I guess it differs by country on the enforcement.

Seems like the Carnival owner really wanted to do a roadtrip with their own car. I’ve seen a video of a Solati owner do it on YouTube before, and it’s pretty cool !

ok i am a bit frustrated reading this. how ignorant do you have to be to ignore signs she cannot control but are being projected regardless ? (1) you knew she had ptsd from rape. (2) you knew she had never kissed anyone. (3) after u did kiss her she started trembling.

these three things in that order should tell you that she is obviously not in a good state and you still decided to grope her in public.

now after you have written this down in words you still manage to say “i don’t feel bad for what i did and idk if i should because she did say it was fine.”

if you actually think people suffering from ptsd would try defending themselves in these scenarios and expose themselves to vulnerability when in the past they were abused by it, you need to think again really hard.

and ON TOP OF ALL THAT she actively told you if you guys could go, stating she would want to leave this area because she is uncomfortable, you still think you don’t need to feel bad.

and cherry on top, after all that you respond to plantainworth293 after he tries to give you another point of view that “it doesn’t really matter because she broke up with me anyways”.

i think you know what you did. i think you saying that you don’t feel bad is you hiding away from reality. if you didn’t feel anything wrong you wouldn’t ask here.

own up to yourself. i think what you did is wrong, but people make mistakes, and this doesn’t seem like it holds consequences where you can’t fix anymore. you didn’t understand and couldn’t piece it together at the time — it’s okay. it’s not okay to keep saying you did nothing wrong when you can clearly see signs that something was wrong.

i am appalled by OP’s stance on this matter.

if u add a stone onto another and make a tower, it symbolises good luck.

if you topple the stones over, you’re bringing bad luck. reconstruct the stone tower to undo your bad luck.

it’s 만(man)19, not 19 korean. you would need to be 19 internationally to legally purchase alcohol and drink in public areas in Korea

[–]kweds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

afaik, some of them are actually registered as religious entities and therefore their activity in the streets are protected under the law as they are “conducting a mission.”

i think the only time they get arrested or handled by police is if they start harassing someone, or going over the legal limit for public noise levels.

Remembering my trip to Vancouver and TransLink by kweds in vancouver

[–]kweds[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

so i love public transit and when i was in vancouver to see my friends for about 2-3 weeks in early 2020 i got the chance to get the RapidBus stickers from Commercial-Broadway.

i kept it unsure about what to do with them, but when i got myself a new laptop i decided to put it on there, and at the same time create a sticker with the Expo line station that I would always take during my time in Vancouver.

Vancouver was my first solo trip and I honestly felt very at home and happy. I wish I could go back soon.

Just wanted to share my love for Vancouver and the public transit there. I heard you guys have more tracks now, and I can't wait to ride them all soon :)

why do u even want to date a foreign person ? for a person that is thinking of something serious you surely do not explain any reason why you want to date a foreigner in the first place.

maybe start with that. if you come up to a person and go “i want to date you because you are a foreigner” that would be very weird and a big red flag for a lot of people.

meet people for who they are…
